A naturopath recommended this brand of digestive enzymes to aid in digesting protein, which is very essential to help increase the serotonin in the brain. It also helps my digestion wonderfully. She gave me this particular brand. When I found I could order it on line, it was so much easier for me to obtain these chewable enzymes. A great product.

Our ND recommended this product for upset tummies (in place of a Tums type product). Works great for our family (ages 4 to adult), have used it for several years. Has a nice pleasant minty taste. It's chewable, but our kids prefer to suck them like mints :)
