My daughter took these when she started having problems with cavities. Along with oral probiotics, this really helps to keep her teeth strong. I removed a star because the taste is not great and it really helps if you can chew these and let the minerals sit on your teeth.

Dont know what i would do without this stuff. Whenever I eat something like a piece of fudge my teeth ache. I will take 5 of these and the pain disappears.
