Best Catch Omegas come from sustainably sourced, wild caught anchovies and sardines, which are molecularly distilled to remove contaminants. The EPA and DHA are in a 2:1 ratio and in their triglyceride forms, which is up to 50% more absorbable than other types of EPA and DHA.
