Suggested Usage
Use mouthwash after flossing for best results. Swish and rinse for 30 seconds before spitting 2 to 3 times per day. For best results we recommend our simple, 3 step or care routine: Floss, Rinse and Brush (with no spitting).

Great mouthwash

I decided to try this mouthwash as I bought the toothpaste too. It is fantastic. It tastes like mint but has an orange aftertaste. My mouth feels so fresh afterwards.
