Excellent for people with anxiety

I take two of these when I am feeling anxious. It does take me about 30 minutes to feel the effects, but I feel so much more relaxed when I take them. Excellent for anyone who suffers with anxiety on the daily. Take it before a speech, a social outing, anything that you feel nervous or anxious about. I did read that it may take people a few months to adjust to actually be able to feel the effects, but that was not the case for me.
