Suggested Usage
- Adults and children 12 and over: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 1 to 2 tablets under tongue every 4 hours as needed. If the initial dosage is not providing immediate relief, dissolve 1 tablet under tongue every 15 minutes until relieved, up to 6 doses.
- Children 6 to under 12 years: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 1 tablet under tongue every 4 hours as needed. If the initial dosage is not providing immediate relief, dissolve 1 tablet under tongue every 15 minutes until relieved, up to 6 doses.

Prior to eyelid surgery, the ophthalmologist recommended I take Arnica Montana 5 days before and 5 days after surgery. I had no black and blue bruising. I did have red bruising which wasn't that bad and the bruising did not last that long. Arnica Montana, in my opinion, worked to reduce bruising and swelling.
