Geranylgeraniol is an important compound that plays critical roles in human physiology and biochemistry. to me, this is a premier product and the only one on the market with this brand name (designs for health) that offers a whopping 300mgs of gg so important in stabilizing muscle integrity in seniors. Its a must for me as I remain very active in my middle 70's
