Great addition to water

Some articles by teachers I respect taught me that I could have some good benefits by adding fulvic / humic supplements to my diet. My pleasure in this product comes from 1) having one less capsule to open-and-sprinkle (powder), or bite-suck-and-spit (gel caps with goo in them), and 2) having a nice taste when I add it to drinking water.
