Aller-C is a potent and efficient combination formula with Quercetin and Hesperidin (from Citrus Bioflavonoids). This formula can be used to help maintain and encourage proper levels of enzymes and physiologic factors necessary for normal respiratory and sinus function.
Suggested Usage
2 capsules 2 to 4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

So helpful with my sinus problems!

I tend to clench my jaw and tighten my shoulder when I have sinus congestion. My doctor suggested Aller-C - I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it works wonders! My sinuses are clear and my jaw is relaxed. I ran out for about a week and definitely noticed the difference. It is so easy to order, I will make sure not to run out again!
