Deficiency of this essential B vitamin may result in adrenal issues someimes characterized by fatigue, sleep disturbances, nausea, head and abdominal discomforts.
Suggested Usage
One capsule three times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Need time to judge its effectiveness

I am aware that useage of this sort of supplement can take several weeks to experience its benefit. As a flight attendant flying overseas,I am anxious to see if this product helps the problems resulting from adrenal fatique, which I suffer from, particularly during the summer months.

Takes care of my hot flashes

I was recommended this product by a friend. I've been taking it for a couple of years now. It takes care of my hot flashes and night sweats. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. If I feel like my hot flashes are starting up again, I take one in the afternoon as well. I highly recommend this product!
