Suggested Usage
Shake well before each use. Take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) four times daily until the bottle is gone. It is recommended mixing it with your favorite juice.

Excellent product, hands down. ONLY ISSUE was that one of the bottles that I received I noticed that the cap was broken so now the liquid starts to seep out at times.
