Our FREE SHIPPING includes all US addresses, US territories and US Military addresses, AK, HI, PR, and VI and is sent Monday through Friday; excluding holidays. US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail and UPS Ground, are our primary shipping methods and are selected at our discretion. Shipping transit times are generally between 2-7 business days, excluding holidays. We reserve the right to charge a $6.99 shipping fee if an alternative method is requested.
UPS-2nd Day Air orders are shipped when complete, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for a $9.99 non-refundable flat fee within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico). Expedited orders cannot be shipped to a Post Office box. Deliveries delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for refund or guaranteed by any carrier. UPS-2nd Day Air orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call us to verify if this service is offered in your area.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If using a credit card, you will not be charged until your product(s) has been shipped. We also accept personal checks and money orders.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes in your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Heat Sensitive Products
Heat sensitive products are shipped free of charge, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (at our discretion) with an ice pack. Although the ice pack will melt during shipping, the product will retain its integrity. Probiotics are manufactured with overages that ensure label potency when exposed to extreme temperatures. If you would like your heat sensitive items shipped Thursday through Saturday, uncheck the “Only ship Mon-Wed” box.
Please note that heat sensitive products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
