Why is this shipped from Florida in the summer?

I have been ordering all of my supplements from Professional Supplement Center for several years now. Since I live in the remote northwest corner of California, where NO health food/supplement stores are available, ordering via computer has been a life saver. I do question, however, why is a heat sensitive product shipped out of Florida?? That appears to be counter-intuitive when shipping across the country in the summer months. I am planning to stock-pile my supply now so I do not have to re-order in the warmer months.

POOR LABELING

They shipped the product promptly but without any sticker that said "keep chilled". The result is it arrived and sat with other boxes for 6 days. I would think that a product which is so heat sensitive would at the very least be appropriately labeled. My call to the company's 1-888 # resulted in a conversation about their "policy". Their representative didn't know why they don't put such labeling on the box anymore. I'm tossing the product.
