I use Zong gan ling and keep it on hand always. It works well for all colds, flu, and even my alergies. If I have a fever I take a whole dose every 4 hours. then when I feel better I dose down 1 pill each dose till I get to 0. Then I do a few rounds of pro-biotics to replace the good stuff.
