NOW Real Food® Zesty Sprout Mix is a unique and flavorful blend of popular sprouting seeds that we've combined for their pleasant, zesty taste. This unique combination of seeds is one that we've found to be especially delicious and nutritious.

Suggested Usage

Place two tablespoons seeds in a sprouting jar with three times as much water as seeds. Soak overnight. Rinse seeds and drain twice daily, store in low humidity without direct sunlight. About the fourth day place rinsed sprout jar in indirect sunlight to develop green chlorophyll leaves.

-(90% germination, 0% hard seed) (98.00% pure seed, 2.00% inert material).

Excellent quality

These seeds sprout well, with very few unsprouted seeds, and grow very tasty sprouts. The zip-lock bag keeps them fresh. My current bag is several years old, and the seeds still sprout well.

Microgreens

Live food
