This is my first time using this product. I really wanted to know the supplements but could not read the back. It would be nice to be able to see what your using. I had to look info up online. That is my only complaint. So far I'm pleased. I am replace ""Lifestyle "" brand only because it was discontinued by Whole Foods. I hope that I will be as satisfied.
