One of the most important supplements for true calcium absorption. If you're not taking it then the calcium you're taking isn't really working for you! And Thorne in one that I believe you can trust!

This supplement has good research behind it to show that it helps with strong bone health (do a search for specifics). I find the dropper a bit difficult so I put the contents in my own dropper bottle that's easier to use.
