Along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B6, it supports heart health by promoting healthy levels of homocysteine. B12 is required for the normal development and regeneration of red blood cells, which help to deliver oxygen throughout the body. In addition, B12 is involved in DNA synthesis and renewal.

Does the job!

by SpaceCase

This B12 is great! It's so easy to take too. The tiny tablet dissolves easily and tastes like cherry! That's my favorite part! It's affordable too. I recommend this product.

I am so glad I discovered this product.

by Wonder Woman -

I take a tablet every morning. I don't have to go for B-12 injections now that I have this pill. It gives me the energy I need to work out at the gym every morning, teach preschool 5 days a week, lead a water aerobics class 3 days a week and ride my bicycle every day that the weather is nice. (I'm 66 years old).

Liked my other brand of sublingual B12 better

by Annie W -

The""nugget"" (lozenge) doesn't dissolve smoothly under the tongue -- it's gritty and there are particles left in my mouth. So I'm not sure how well it's assimilated by the body. Assimilation is important to me since I have a genetic abnormality and can't produce B12 and my digestion functions poorly.
