Vital Planet “Vital Fiber” flax+pea+hemp

This does cause bloating …. In some people (such as me). I should have been more hesitant when buying, PEA protein.
It does not dissolve at all.
Disappointed with my time purchase of vital products.

Vital Fiber review

I use this product in a smoothie blended in a nutribullet. It blends completely and smoothly. I have not experienced any excess gas or bloating.
I would buy it again.
