I read that pure pumpkin seed oil 500mg daily will help with urinary incontinence, when taken for 4 months. I read that you need to continue taking it for improved results. That's why I ordered this. I am almost done with my first bottle. I have 2 capsules left. I received my 2nd bottle yesterday. I have seen a slight improvement with my urinary incontinence, and plan on always taking this in hopes of improved results.
