UT Soothe from Nutri-Dyn is a dietary supplement that contains D-mannose, a compound found in fruits such as cranberry, which may support a healthy urinary tract during internal challenges and normal aging.
The urinary tract comprises the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and the urethra. These systems support the normal removal of metabolic waste, help to maintain red cell, blood pressure, electrolytes, and metabolite levels already within the normal range. D-mannose is believed to support these healthy systems, primarily by helping to promote the Tamm-Horsfall protein. This protein is the most abundant protein found in urine and helps maintain the normal function and flow of calcium that is found in the kidneys. Additionally, this protein may support a healthy immune response to internal challenges and may promote daily comfort.

Suggested Usage
Adults: Mix one scoop in water 3-4 times daily for three days as a loading phase, then one scoop 1-2 times daily thereafter for maintenance as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

I've been using this product for over 20 years, , first recommended by my medical doctor, and it has been helping me that long. I first started using it for UTI's, but I'm 81 years old and NEED it every month to keep my bladder free and clean. I now use it every day and it helps my bladder stay working. It protects against getting the UTI's in the first place. I recommended it to my daughters also, and they use it. Out works! Thank you for such a needed product.
