Suggested Usage

When there is a problem

After using U-tract for more than a week (it was doing it's intended job) the powder started to clump. Despite scraping it back to powder and adding a dissisicant, the problem persisted. With one call to customer service a replacement jar was overnighted with a free return mailer to send the original back. That's the kind of service I like when something goes wrong. Thanks, Progressive Labs.

I use this product continuously to promote urinary tract health. The first container I received turned hard as a rock after awhile. I solved this problem with my second container by doing 2 things: 1, I inserted the dessicant from the first container into the 2nd. Plus I put the container in an airtight ziplock bag. Works perfectly. I suspect the cause of the hardening is from a less than airtight seal on the container itself.
