Suggested Usage
For adults, take two (2) tablets three times daily, or six (6) tablets at night before retiring.

This product contains Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana) and Senna (Cassia angustifolia). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada and Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
Limit use to no more than 1 to 2 weeks.
