Suggested Usage
For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed.
Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.
Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.

I tried these on the recommendation of my daughter. Much more healthy than Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Motrin, etc. I only take as needed. They work. Even my husband takes now, when I explained the risks of OTC pain relievers.

This product really works. I was suffering from a fracture and was taking ibuprofen several times a day. When I got this T relief, it cut down the need to take other pain relief significantly. I recommend trying it!
