Super Liquid Folate from Designs For Health contains 680 mcg of natural folate (as calcium folinate), along with 40 mcg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin) per one drop serving. Research suggests that folate is an important nutrient for maintaining healthy homocysteine levels. Vitamin B12 is present in case of unknown B12 deficiency, since folate supplementation can mask B12 deficiency and exacerbate symptoms.
The liquid form is easy to use, allowing for easy titration and rapid absorption. It contains NO GMOs, gluten, dairy or soy.

Only One That Works for Me

I tried everything, but the side affects were too much. With this? 2 drops in the morning in water to take my supplements with and I'm good to go. Started with 1 drop, titration to 2 drops and might try a third. No taste at all. Bottle lasts for ever.
