If your a person that has trouble digesting any carbs this product is definitely for you. Stops all bloating and makes it really easy to go to the bathroom for someone with issues. This is truly an amazing product

More gas and loose stools

Taking this product for 10 days and it has made my condition worse. More gas and loose, but sticky stools. Stomach is now slightly distended. In fairness, Doctors have not been able to give me an iron clad diagnosis of what ails me. Therefore, digestive enzymes just might be the wrong thing for me to take and this could be a great product for some.

I was using Betaine HCL for years and this is much better with the added enzymes. Happy gut! I much prefer the capsule format (the caplets I find hard to swallow- they are essentially the same size but not as slippery so sometimes get stuck in my throat).

I take one NOW Foods Super Enzymes Capsules with each meal and it helps to keep me from feeling bloated. It really does break down fat in food, my weight is lower using this product.
