I’ve had trouble sleeping for about 3 years and usually need to take several melatonin throughout the night. But with these CBN gummies I chew 1 gummy an hour before bed and then I sleep the whole night! If I do get up to go to the bathroom then I go right back to sleep. I love these!

I recently won a gift basket from Community Pharmacy in Madison, WI, and a 6 gummie packet was one of the items in the basket. I've never tried any CBN gummies before, and did last night. If indeed the gummies were what worked for me I slept very long and it was very welcome as I deal with nights of insomnia, ... a lot. The only change I would make is to not use 2 gummies for the effect, next time I'll use only 1 because when I woke up I was very groggy, however I did not crave a package of Chips Ahoy.

This did nothing, waste of money. Im not surprised when the first two ingredients are "Organic" Cane Sugar and "Organic" Tapioca Syrup.
