    Will continue to use for foreseeable future.

    This was recommended by my husbands nurse practitioner for his joints and I have noticed a distinct decrease in the complaints and loud popping as he walks. Now he can ALMOST sneak up on me where there was no way before starting this.

    Beneficial Joint Support Supplement

    I recently started the SPM Active One Daily supplement for joint support with the hopes that it would help me with my [...] shoulder discomfort. I have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, and cortisone injections for the inflammation with short-term results. I was impressed with the innovative research and development of Metagenics brand supplements when I browsed the company website. This specific product interested me when I read that scientists use the fractionated marine lipid concentrate to supplement the specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) our bodies may not produce enough of. I appreciate that the aftertaste is lemony since I do not eat seafood. I have felt some improvements after using this product for a few weeks and would consider adding it to my supplement regimen.
