    Will continue to use for foreseeable future.

    This was recommended by my husbands nurse practitioner for his joints and I have noticed a distinct decrease in the complaints and loud popping as he walks. Now he can ALMOST sneak up on me where there was no way before starting this.

    SPMs do Wonders, however...

    I have taken SPM Active for 8 years. It has done Wonders for my health issues and I Highly Recommend them!! However, I am one who has trouble swallowing large pills and I much prefer the former form of 2 a day of the smaller pills rather than the new form of 1 a day large pill.

    Bring back the old gel caps please

    The new larger gel caps work as good as the old smaller ones, but the new ones don't keep that great smelling and tasting essence, like the small capsules did. I actually looked forward to taking the old ones because they smelled and tasted amazing. The new gel caps smell rancid and are absolutely awful tasting.
