Suggested Usage
Adults: Mix one (1) scoop with water or juice, 30 minutes before bedtime.

I took a scoop of this one night, then the next night also. On the morning of the second day I woke up with gurgley intestines. I had not slept enough at that point so I took another small scoop to go back to sleep. About 30 minutes later I threw up. Then after I slept a few hours I was on the toilet with severe diarrhea. I took a week off from this powder. Then one night I took half a scoop before bedtime, the next night another half scoop before bedtime and the next morning I got another case of severe diarrhea. Maybe the silicon dioxide or the xanthan gum doesn't agree with my intestines but this supplement does not agree with me. As far as sleeping, it did seem to help a little with that.
