Selenium is an essential trace mineral. It is a component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase. As an antioxidant, Selenium helps to fight free radicals in the body.* Free radicals can cause oxidative stress which may damage cells.* Selenium also helps recycle Vitamin E, which adds additional antioxidant support.* This formulation provides Yeast-Free Selenium as L-selenomethionine.

Suggested Usage
