These don't tast as good as the sambucol ones you also have to eat 1 instead of 2 and there is so much more sugar and carbs. I bought these because they were the only ones available at the time and I feel like it was a huge waste of money.

I have been taking the Nature's Way Elderberry gummies every morning for several years, and they are an excellent supplement. The last bottle purchased in May also includes 1,200 IU of vitamin, which I did not realize. If already supplementing with vitamin D, it's important to be aware of this change.
