I have been taking this product for over one year. I was first introduced to Choleast by my cardiologist. Prior to taking Choleast, I was taking a prescription drug to lower my cholesterol. It caused a spike in my liver function enzymes which scared me so I decided to take myself off the drug. My cardiologist recommended that I take choleast. So I began this product and have had excellent results ever since. My cholesterol went from 243 to 158. I shared this great news with my family and friends and now everyone I know is taking choleast. I have been taking this product for a few years now. I couldn't take the statin drugs because they were affecting my liver function tests. Being on Choleast has been great. At first it lowered my total cholesterol by 50 points. Now it is maintaining my cholesterol at a healthy level. I will continue to use this product because it's effective and also doesn't hurt my stomach.
