It works!!! This protein shake keeps me full all morning and into early afternoon! I blend it with a banana in almond milk each day. The days that I have this for breakfast, I don't have cravings for sugary foods. Tastes great ~ highly recommend!!!

I was so excited to get this supplement. However, the taste is so awful that noatter how hard I tried to mask the taste, I still felt like I was eating chalk! A waste of my money and very disappointed 😔.

Raw Organic Fit High Protein for Weight Loss

The overall consistency of this powder is a bit chalky and needs to be mixed well, but I've had success mixing it with plain and vanilla unsweetened almond mix. I've also added some cold brew coffee or fresh fruit as an option. The best part is that I drink it in the late afternoon as a meal replacement and don't feel hunger for the rest of the evening.
