    Great product

    Only thing I would change is I wished it lasted longer. Very helpful in balancing my hormones. Just very expensive!

    Been using consistently

    This has helped me maintain my progesterone levels. I only wish that would have a larger bottle, as I take a large dose, so I go through a bottle quickly. I have had no problems or issues and with continued usage; I like this product very much.

    Progesterone helpful?

    Although I have high hopes, I’m not sure this is helping. I do use another USP progesterone at night. I’m more concerned with the consistency even after shaken, how it spreads, and it’s hard to tell what’s left in the bottle. This is a brown bottle with dropper.

    Great Product

    The directions are to put it on your skin. I personally put it under my tongue. It tastes bad. I don't have hot flashes and it controls my mood swings. If a miss a few days, the hot flashes will come back. I have used it for several years without any side effects.
