Zinc may interact with cisplatin and many drugs can affect zinc status. Certain medications, including penicillamine, bisphosphonates, quinolone, and tetracycline, may affect zinc absorption.
Take zinc supplements at least 2 hours before or after any drugs that may affect its absorption.
