    Vital brand-Zinc Citrate 30mg

    I'm a 71 year old male who is 5' 10"",160lbs and in good overall health. I've been taking Zinc Citrate 30mg for more than 1-year, twice daily, morning & night. It was a little over a year ago that my PSA score increased from 3.6 to 6.0 to 7.4 in the span of about 14-months. After the last PSA reading, I began taking the Zinc Citrate 30mg twice daily. I had a follow-up PSA blood test 3-months later and my PSA score dropped from 7.4 to 4.4. As I've continued to take the Zinc Citrate 30mg, my PSA score has remained in the 4.5 range. My Urologist has advised that going forward we only need to monitor my PSA reading annually as a part of my physical exam. I researched the "" Vital"" brand and found that it is one of the best brands on the market. I also take a ""Vital"" Multi-Nutrients 3,Citrate/Malate Formula without copper or iron daily. While there are many Zinc products on the market, Zinc Citrate is the one to look for. Professional Supplement Center provided fast delivery at a very competitive price. I would purchase from them again.
