Suggested Usage

    It tastes so good, and it's good for me!

    I'm a big fan of Systemic Formulas VITD3 LQ Vitamins D3 + K2 Complex. I moved to the northeast 5 years ago, from California. I didn't realize how much that lack of sun would impact me during the darker days of winter. I take a few other supplements and love the fact that this is a tasty liquid - my "sunshine juice." :) Hope it helps you get/stay healthy as much as it has helped me!

    Great product

    Recommended by my practitioner - I keep this in my fridge and take every morning. I think the taste is great and I know living in the Midwest this is so important for me to take! Love this product.

    My primary source of Vitamin D thru the winter months

    I started using this product at the suggestion of my dentist to increase my vit D levels. When I retested, they had raised 30 points ( during the winter months)! That was after about 3 months of use. I live in the Midwest, so now this is my daily go to during all of the low sunlight months. I have recommended it to many other people. I keep it in the fridge, as directed, and I find the taste very pleasant. It should be noted that it contains Xylitol, which is NOT safe for animals!
