This formula is prepared from the fresh (undried) rhizome and roots of Valeriana officinalis plants, which are Certified Organically Grown on Herb Pharm's own farm.
To assure optimal extraction of Valerian's bioactive compounds, the rhizome and roots are hand-harvested in autumn or spring and are then taken directly to the laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.
Suggested Usage
Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice‚ up to 4 times per day for general relaxation.
May be taken 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime.
Best taken between meals.
