    I'm still waiting for results

    One capsule on empty stomach..After 1st meal I don't feel any progress..Hopefully after whole bottle will be some results

    Easy to take

    I added this probiotic to my morning routine of supplements and have not noticed much of a change in daily habits. No issues arose when taking the pills, but no noticeable effect was discernable either. The pills are small enough to be able to swallow fairly easy though, so it wasn't much trouble to add into the routine. No aftertaste to note.

    Another amazing product by Metagenics

    I was blessed to try this product and loved it. It came in a nice glass bottle which shows the continued quality of the metagenics brand! It's a wonderful probiotic. I will definitely be ordering this!
