    I can feel a difference

    I had an iodine skin test done and learned that I was severely deficient. I had a very hard time getting through my day because of fatigue. Since I've been taking this, I have noticed that I am making it through the day with less caffeine and naps. Since iodine is not stored, I take one I the morning and one midday.
