Suggested Usage
Shake well before using.
Apply to skin with cotton gauze, or massage into muscles, ligaments, tendons & joints until well absorbed.

- Arnica flower (Arnica montana)
- St. John's Wort flowering tops (Hypericum perforatum)
Other Ingredients: certified organic olive oil.
