Suggested Usage

Aromatic - Diffuse using 2 to 3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  Topical - Dilute to 2 to 5% in a carrier oil.

Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf/Stem Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Lavendula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Ravensara Aromatica (Ravensara) Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract. 

Warnings

    Diffuse when I can

    I diffuse this when I can't afford to get osteopathic manipulation for my neck tension. Helps with the pain a lot
