Suggested Usage
Take 1-2 capsules with 12-16 oz. of water daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
If minor bloating or gas occurs, temporarily decrease amount. Evacuation may not occur until 24-72 hours after first dose and a temporary feeling of fullness may result.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (vegetable cellulose, water), cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
