    Light and refreshing

    I love all lavender, but sometimes it can be a bit heady. Spike Lavender has the floral lavender notes but with a hint of a eucalyptus-like quality, making it a light and soothing alternative when regular lavender seems to be a bit much. I use this with reed diffusers on my nightstand right next to my head, as it's a great nighttime choice for breathing/sinuses and relaxation/sleep.
