The bark was used by the Meskwaki tribe for the sides of their houses and roofs. The Dakota, Pawnee, Winnebago and Omaha-Ponca tribes used the inner bark for making ropes and cords, as well as for medicinal purposes, such as an eye wash for sore eyes.

Suggested Usage

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 mL (28-56 drops) three (3) times a day in a small amount of water.
