SleepCalm

This is one of the few products that does exactly what it says and works effectively. As needed, 1 tablet usually does the trick, but if I need to, I take 1 or 2 more across several hours. By the next day I'm back to 1 a day again, or as needed [I don't take one every day]. All in all just a great product. The non-drowsy 'day' version is also very effective and also used to help me sleep, but I prefer and switched to these specific sleep ones for the night.

For me, this has been more successful than most herbal sleep blends, of which I've tried MANY. I use 4 SleepCalm + 2 StressCalm at bedtime, and feel noticeably sleepy within about 15 minutes. Also very helpful for waking in the middle of the night. Wish it didn't have lactose, but that's not a deal-breaker since it's so helpful-- lactose over insomnia every time.

This helps me sleep through the night most of the time, but what I like about it is that if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can take another one to help me go back to sleep, and I don't feel groggy in the morning. make sure you give your mouth a good rinse once it dissolves though because it does build up along your gum line if you fall asleep with it in your mouth.
