Suggested Usage

Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach. (1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal).

    Will continue to buy this

    I really appreciate the product. Have used it for several years now on a daily basis. I store iron in my tissues which oxides my hair, skin, etc. This product makes a huge difference in just keeping my hair on my head—or it falling out. I'm sure it helps other things as well. The only negative for me is the cost. Wish I could get it for less.
