    Not for me

    I was hopeful but this product made me physically anxious and restless. It took me an hour to fall asleep. The dogs woke me at 1 am to go outside and it is now 5:45 and I haven’t been able to go back to sleep. I occasionally take 3 mg melatonin which works for me 90% of the time. Guess I will stick with that.

    What I use

    This is one of my favorite sleep supplements. It works for me, however I do take some natural sleep herbs with it.

    Sleep like a teen

    I take one of these along with a 5HPT every night in my sleep is very satisfactory or 7 1/2 hours. I always feel rested so I will definitely keep taking it

    I am ordering more

    I took 3 cherry melts, GNC brand, 1 mg each, to go to sleep for almost 14 years. Worked like a charm. All melatonin NOT created the same!!! (if you want to try it, only get that particular one. Recommended to me by health conscious therapist) Start w/ 1 mg, work up to 3 if needed. My husband only needs 1 occasionally. But it quit working for me....So I ordered 3 sleep supplements on this site. One did not work at all. Two formulas worked, but I think THIS is the outstanding one. So glad to find something that works, but I'm trying to mix it up so my body doesn't get used to this particular formula every night. I have others in my arsenal, no drugs.

    Finally something that works

    After years of horrible sleep, this works. Doesn't leave you drowsy or dopey in the morning either. Skipped a couple of days and still got better sleep than before. Lifelong insomniac. I hope it continues to work as there seems to be no bad affects.
