Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily as directed by a physician ONLY!  Allow tablet to dissolve in mouth and then swallow.

    I would buy this again because I don't have an alternative.

    My gripe is that is isn't ""sublingual"" at all even though the listing on site says it is. I called to question this but got no satisfaction. It seems to work OK though I believe when I used to actually get the real, sublingual form it absorbed better and more quickly than taking it with food and other things. I don't even know whether taking it with foods and other supplements might affect how much is actually getting into the bloodstream.

    Pregnenolone 25 mg Sublingual

    I take this product on a daily basis to control hot flashes & night sweats. On the occasion when I do have a flash I can take another Pregnenolone 25 mg & within a short time the flash subsides.

    Pregnenolone 25 mg Sublingual

    I use this product to tame & tone down hot flashes. I take one with each meal & that usually controls them. If I do have a flash or night sweat I can take another one & it calms down within a short time.
