Petasin, a key compound of butterbur, supports a natural inflammatory response. Of course, not just any butterbur extract will do. It is truly essential that you take a standardized butterbur extract that states clearly that it is free from harmful levels of pyrrolizidine alkaloids.

Petadolex® contains a patented, standardized, and clinically studied extract of butterbur (Petasites hybridus). Its unique extraction method (for which the patent was granted) guarantees that it is free from harmful levels of potentially dangerous compounds known as pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs).

Suggested Usage

Take 1 softgel three times daily for the first four weeks. Thereafter, 1 softgel twice daily.

Ingredients

Serving Size: 1 Softgel

Purple Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) 50 mg

Other Ingredients: medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, water, and riboflavin color.

Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial flavoring or preservatives.

    best supplement for migraines

    I've tried so many supplements for migraines over the years, including other brands of butterbur, and none come close to this. I started taking this a few weeks ago, and didn't have any migraines at all for the first two weeks. This has made SUCH a tremendous difference in my quality of life!

    Helps the pain

    I bought it for my daughter in law. She has been having migraine headaches for about a month. She says she can tell a difference in frequency of headaches. That is with only taking the supplement for a couple of weeks. Very promising.

    Migraine relief !!

    I have suffered from migraines and daily headaches for many years and when no longer able to take triptans to squelch a migraine I began to look for preventative measures that did not involve a prescription medication with many side effects and this is the answer!! Within the first wk I was noticing days with no headaches and fewer and less severe migraines. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from chronic migraines.
